Is there any way to go back and see a previous page..?

I typed a HUGE paragraph on my "about me" section on my myspace and i forgot to save it . i just clicked view profile.then i clicked back. and it was what it had been . its still there. Is there any way to get it back??? im so frusterated right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

No you can't get it back. The best thing for the future is to type into a Word document and cut and paste. Or while you are typing on MySpace then highlight and copy BEFORE you submit in case the page doesn't load right OR you forget to hit save. Then just paste. Just take a break for now and go at it again later you'll find you remember most of what you tried to say after all it came from you. Or if you have trouble remembering jot down some quick notes and that will be your guide when your ready to type again.
