Is there any way to go to school or home studies without parents registering you. I'm only 17 i want to finish

i know for a fact my parent wont let me live with a family. there stubborn like that. i just want to prove to them i can do it with out them. but first i need to go to school. how would i do it. i have personal reasons on why i dont want to live with them. is there a way i can register myself at a school or home studies.

you can probably  can register yourself into a virtual school

I know that in NM you can register yourself at 16 into GED programs...but you should check with your local state board of education

You could try becoming an emancipated minor, otherwise your parents can decide your education.

It's sad that children have so few rights in our society.
