  1. Use a S video cable.Hook it into the back of your video card, that is if it has an available S video plug in, and plug it onto the S video plug on the DVD-R.


  2. windows media center. you can record tv, fast forward and pause and stuff. you need windows vista, get windows media center and a tv tuner
