Is there any way to hook up two TVs to one cable jack?

Yes, it is the same way you split your cable to multiple rooms in the home.  Usually the cable will come in at one place and a splitter is put on the line to allow multiple cable runs

Depending on your TV's, you may need an HD splitter to allow the higher frequency transmissions.

Apply the splitter at the point you want to split and attach shorter cables to run to each TV....it is rather simple.  In fact, most radio shack sales people can demonstrate or at least explain how to attach the splitter. (Usually)
