Is there any way to load pics/videos from my camera besides kodak easyshare?

i can only load pics for some reason (starting today)

whenever i do the select and transfer, it just has the zigzag crack down the middle of every video.

and i have lots of videos from a concert i went to and would like them on.

Lord yes! Easyshare software is -awful-.

First try just plugging in the camera and look at 'My Computer'.  The camera should show up as a disk drive. You only need to transfer the pics to another disk.

If that doesn't work, try using a card reader.  Take the card out of the camera and put it in the card reader. You can buy a card reader for about $5, and it's worth it just to reduce wear & tear on the camera.
