Is there any way to log into a laptop with Vista security if I don't know the password?

ohh if you mean bypassing the user and password of the windows

yes you need a program which is named  password reset which should be on cd as the computer should be rebooted from it and you can change or delete the user name but you need to purchase it by  around 30 to 40 usd
