Is there any way to lose about 45 lbs in a month?

I just really need some answers here. I've tried not eating, but I'm addicted to food. I've tried throwing up, but my mom was starting to notice.

  1. Ok first of all throwing up only ruins the lining of your throat and mouth and not eating just slow down your metabolism.

    Try eating just a little less at every meal and eat more healthy things. Also drink more water. Its impossible to loose 45 pounds in a month unless you have a baby or were retaining fluid. I would try for 5-8 pounds a month.

    Try exersizing more, especially right before you eat because it will speed up your metabolism.

I wish there was but it's not possible.  The most I've lost in a month is 20 pounds and I was grateful for that, because 10 pounds is a "normal high" for a month's work.  I was on the 5-4-3-2-1 diet, which you can find on the page below.  It works really well, but choose healthy foods to eat.  You don't want your metabolism to get sluggish because that slows weight loss.  To lose the most weight possible in one month, try the following:

    5-4-3-2-1 diet

    Give up all sweet drinks (even diet soda) and drink mostly water

    Give up all extra sodium (don't salt your food and don't eat salty food)

    Give up sugar (this is easy after the first three days)

    Give up alcohol (it slows weight loss)

    Be active 30-60 minutes a day (the more the better for your metabolism and for burning calories)

  3. The atkins has always worked best for me. It goes through different stages but I stay on the first stage cuz thats when you loose the most weight, and all you do is eat absolutely nothing with sugar in it and only 10 carbs a week, so basically you're eating meat, sugar free jello, and salad without sugar. Some pple say that its not healthy but, it workds. And of course the more you exercise the more weight you loose. Hope that helps

  5. unfortunately there isn't a healthy way to lose that much weight in a month. average weight loss is aroud 1-2 lbs of actual fat per month. so without going to a doctor and taking drastic measures there isn't a quick fix for your problem.

  6. only if you are extremely overweight. Than the dangers of rapid weight loss will be less than a danger of heart attack because of overweighting.

    If you are not, better make it at least 4 months, and even then it's stretching it a lot.

    go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

  7. Okay, it depends on your weight. Don't listen to the people that say you can't of it takes 6-8 months because I have seen a huge weight loss in a month. I saw the same person lose 11 pounds a week up to 17 pounds a week. Even at just 11 pounds a week then they would have lost 44 pounds in that month. It takes really hard work and proper nutrition. You must must must must must eat properly and sleep well. You need to do serious weight training and be dedicated. Search HIIT Cardio on google. This is an extremely effective form of carido that takes fat away faster than normal cardio does. Good luck on your journey.

  8. You have really unhealthy habits that you should stop ASAP. I would suggest dieting, meaning stick with fruits and veggies, no carbs and no red meat. Carbs like bread usually bloat in your stomach for 2 days and red meats rot in the stomach for 3 days. Fruits and veggies have great amounts of vitamins in them and digest quickly. Also hit the gym with cardio workouts about 6 days a week for an hour max. Cardio meaning running, jogging etc...If you are dedicated to this then you will follow these instructions, if not then your bad habits will continue. This can be very effective and you will probably not lose 45lbs in a month because that is nearly impossible but you can lose about 10lbs if dedicated and if done correctly. Never ever use capsules or pills to lose weight, you will only regret this in the future. Remember that if you lose 10lbs, this will be very noticable and will only motivate you to lose more weight.
