Is there any way to move to canada from the us for 6m to a year with a work permit in the matter of a month?

i want to live there by like sept/oct this year but i'm wondering if id be able to get a visa in that short amount of time and also a work permit?

Unless you have an employer who is sponsoring you there's not a chance.  None.
