Is there any way to place an add in the Fairbanks Alaska Paper over the internet?

I lived there for 6 years in the 80's and had a lot of friends, I have no idea where they are at, or how to get a hold of them theres no phone numbers, so they may have cell phones and i can not get them. Help!
