  1. Drink another one about 30 min b4 the first one wears off.

  2. no chance

  3. Don't drik and drive ??????

  4. Yes, there is a way to prevent crashing - drink one without caffeine and lots of sugar.

Try AWAKE - the best way to describe it is Gatorade fortified with a multi-vitamin.  It's an energy drink without the caffeine and sugar (which causes the crash you're trying to avoid).  Try it and see if it provides the energy you need than you won't have to deal with the CRASH. I've tried the pink lemonade flavor and I use it on a regular basis now when I need a energy boost.  Be sure to research it yourself - check out all the great stuff that's in it - essential vitamins/minerals, amino acids, etc.

  5. I honestly wouldn't drink em. I'm not a doctor or anything, but just looking at the ingredients makes me feel a little uneasy. All of that caffeine. O_O

  6. dont stop drinking them :p

  7. I don't think there is really any way, besides to just keep drinking them until you want to go to sleep. I've just stopped drinking them. It's nice to have that little rush, but the crash is so much worse and to me, not worth the energy you got from it. I've gotten away from energy supplements and tried a better diet, excersize, etc. I've heard that eating more fish gives you more energy, because of the magnesium. If you can, when you start to get a bit sleepy, get up and walk around or stretch. Don't skip breakfast or any meals, really. But breakfast really is the most important meal of the day.

I think a better diet goes a looong way when dealing with energy. My fatigue comes from being anemic and I used to take Iron pills, but those made me feel worse. So I stopped and really researched food, what's good, what's not...what different nutrients do to you, what vitamins and minerals are in what food...I've put together my very own anemic friendly cookbook with foods specifically for getting over my fatigue and gaining some more iron naturally. It's done wonders for me.

  8. Well, this might be the worst adive you get, but it's worth a try. Keep drinking the energy drink untill it's bedtime and you'll crash... into sleep. So it's not that bad, since you would be sleeping anyway. Also, you could try drinking a drink that doesnt make you crash. I've heard about many energy drinks that don't cause you to crash. Try to find an energy drink that has no sugar. I just looked it up on google, but i couldnt find anything besides that. Again, i've seen many commercials on t.v that say that are "crash-free". All they have is no sugar. Get one of those and you probably won't crash so hard.
