I really don't think its a Publicly traded company.

Are you asking about whether you can invest in the New York City subway system?

If so, the answer is no.

Parts of the subway started as private corporations, but they were brought together under government management many decades ago.  Just like you can't buy stock in the New York City Police Department, you can't buy stock in the New York City subway system.
