Is there any way to read court transcripts either online or by mail?

i want to read about the stephen poaches murder case. he murdered latoiya figueroa dn i wanted to read the official court transcripts is there any way i can do that. it happened in philadelphia and he is currently housed at sci houtzdale prison

You can get a copy of the public transcript from the court clerk's office.  It can be pricey though.  You may be able to go there and read them at no charge.  They are public record.
