Is there any way to record digital radio so it can be stored and played on an ipod?

There are some radio shows I'd love to listen to but they're usually on at daft o clock or when I'm working. is there a way for me to record these and transfer them to my ipod?

Audacity - leave your PC playing the radio station, set Audacity recording, then cut the section you want and save it as an mp3.
