Is there any way to retrieve my information from a sidekick3 phone?

my phone lost battery, and when i finally charged it, ALL my info got deleted..contacts, time and date, etc

  1. awh. sorry that, this happend... I have one seggestion. Call T-mobile. They should help you retrieve what you have lost. If its possible. Good Luck!
