Is there any way to retrieve pics after deleting?

I deleted my pics and they went to the recycle bin and then I deleted that. I didn't know there was one pic in there that wasn't supposed to be. Is there any way for me to retrieve it from my computer once it has been deleted from the recycle bin?

It should be able to help you out.

Because you deleted if from your bin, it is easily recoverablel.

I personally use a different program, which I have bought, but only because I wanted to recover some pictures that was deleted a year ago.

This software isn't the best, but it will do the job.
