Is there any way to stop sweating completely?

I sweat even when i do nothing and when i am in the gym training my whole shirt is wet and it looks like i have taken a bath and it is really embarrassing.I have tried detrol as my doctor prescribed but it didn't work,i also tried drysol but it doesn't even seem to work.I also tried every deodorant in the market but none of them seems to stop my sweating or slowing it down.Please help any help would be appreciated.

  1. You could remove your sweat glands, but then you couldn't sweat, meaning you couldn't work out any more.   Maybe you could remove a few.  Or try the Degree Absolute Protection line. Apparently that's the hot stuff right now.


  2. ive heard, dont quote me, that excess salt intake can lead to an increase sweat production, but as to not sweating. ie at all, that would be dangerous. the bod's cooling system depends on sweating to release heat. the best advice i can give u would be to first check your diet, including any supplements, and second when all else fails, grab a shirt designed to wic the sweat away from your body. underarmors good, but any brand will work.
