Shins and abs without damaging them?

I mean so they are resistant to damage that are caused by hits.

  1. kick a heavy bag or thai pads...over and over and over and over and over and over and over..etc

    so that with your forearms too..you can actually slam forearms together with a buddy.

    for abs...taking light punches repeatedly. swing the heavy bad and let it hit you in the belly. or throw a medicine ball and let it hit you before you catch it. you can do this tossing it back n forth with a friend...or lying down alone.

    some thai coaches hit their students in the belly when hitting the thai pads.

    do lots of situps and crunches


  2. Well you can strengthen your shin by rolling and hitting it with a glass bottle. By rolling a glass bottle its increases the density in the shin and while hitting it strengthens the bone as well as killing the nerves in it. Abs are really easy, just do sit ups and crunches. Keep doing them until you can feel pain in your stomach and until you cant go anymore. Oh, and for the shin you need a big enough glass bottle. Roll it on your shin 40 times and knock on your shin 20 times. Five times a day everyday.
