Is there any way to switch from tmobile to verizon w/o paying termination fee?

my contract is over in may 09 but i want the lg dare and verizon cause i hear they have great signal and service so what can i do --also i wanna keep my number

There is no way to not get out of not paying the early termination fee.  You will have to pay $200 if you want to end the contract early.

The LG Dare is an excellent phone and Verizon does have great signal.

You need someone to assume responsibility of your phone contract and then you can move on.
