YES!  Of course you can.  The question is do you want to do this yourself or pay someone to do it for you. I suggest someone else...

If you are pretty tech savvy and have enough resources you might be able to do this on your own. (see the link below).  If you're not, I suggest you find a store near your house that can do this. Many wedding videographers or video production/conversion stores can do this fairly easily.  ANY reputable post production facility can do this for you too but they might be too expensive.
