Is there any way to tune down an airsoft gun's FPS?

Well, I'm a real beginner at airsoft, and I was wondering if there was anyway to lower an airsoft gun's FPS, because the airsoft place I go to has an FPS limit of 320, and my gun shoots around 380. I don't know if this is like paintball where you can just tune it down with a little nob or not. Thanks!

no you cannot in any other way then taking it apart and putting in  a weeker spring. =/ maybe sell it and buy a nice ak47 that shoots 300 fps or something. your call you can buy one online just make sure its not too powerful lol.

get heavier bbs? lol just getsomething else cheaper that has a range about 290-320 fps.
