Is there any way to watch Broadway shows online?

Just curious. I never got the chance to see Tarzan or Beauty and the Beast.

Please don't suggest YouTube.

Any help would be much appreciated!

You can google it... but almost everything you'll find will be in poor quality.

and plus, nothing beats seeing a musical on Broadway live.

I think you can search for them through google. But for real. you won't find anything. It's a play and people don't film them. If you wish to watch the broadway plays rent the movies or buy the music. You may find short clips but nothing beats going to a real live play.

Since the whole idea of live theater is actually going to the theater and seeing the one of-a-kind performance, theaters guard the rights to shows zealously, and forbid the recording, photographing or video capturing of any part of the performance in the theater.

Anything available online (unless short clips specifically authorized by the owners of the production, or shows that were taped and offered for commercial sale many years after their original theater showings) will be of poor quality and illegal.
