Is there any way to wax my skis besides hot wax?

Ok thanx and i don't care about how long it lasts i can cold wax em every time i go..

Rub on any type hot or cold then buff it in with a piece of flat cork. You can get one where you buy your wax.

Swix makes a rub on wax called Glidewax that's very easy to use - just apply and buff!

There are a number of rub-on waxes that you can use.

Rub a cold wax on the bases, or use one of the new soft wax preparations, wax cloth or spray. I've found the hotwax is the most effective for the longest period of time.  It takes about 10 minutes to do one pair,  once the iron is hot I can do about 5 pair in 15 minutes.
