Is there any way to wax skies w/o hot wax??? HELP ASAP!!!!!?

hi i got some universal hard wax from swix (the guy at r local ski store recommended it) its rub on and i have no idea how to apply it my skis rlly need to be waxed and i have 2 have them ready for 2morow!!!!! thanks alot

Go to the local good will store, but an electric iron, stop at the grocery store and buy some canning wax.  The iron should be hot enough to melt the wax, dribble it on the bases in an s pattern, then iron the drops over the whole surface.  Scrape to a thin film on the bases, scrape your edges clean of wax.  Rub some of the shop wax on the base before you put them in the snow tomorrow.  

       I've used this method for more than 40 years and it is fine for everyone except top class racers, who need the latest in top performance.  Shop wax is expensive, canning wax is much less expensive.
