Maybe, but doing so would probably make the planet uninhabitable.  Probably not the best of ideas.

I think we could or at the least come close 2 it but we probably never will.  right we got other things 2 worry about

Yes, but we probably shouldn't the food chain would be all screwed up.  we could take all of the mosquito chemical spray in the world, make more and spray it all over the major areas and then they probably would go extinct.

Most likely there is or it could be invented. It would be stupid to do such a thing though because the whole food chain and ecosystem would be disrupted. We can't just kill off anything that bugs us.

I hope not.  They are part of the food chain after all.  We are crafty at killing the planet and ourselves though so I'm sure we will find a way.
