Is there any way you can delete a move in Pokemon Yellow without transferring Pokemon over to (G/S/C) ? O_o

I gave my Pikachu the HM Flash and i want to get rid of it (i got back to playing the old Pokemon games because I'm waiting for more events to happen in the Diamond and Pearl versions)

Go to Fuschia City and go to the house directly left of the Pokemon Center. Thats the move deleter's house so you can delete HM Flash
