Hello techies. I would be glad if i'm able to know about the details of a remote web server. Also i want to know whether a server uses SQL Server as its default database. Just help me out!!

    *UPDATE*

    + force it to error then you will get additional info normally.

    Force 404 etc.

  4. If you use linux you can use nmap to scan the server and see what is running on it. It will tell you if the server is running a database or not and what version it is.

    You could also head over to http://www.domaintools.com and see if they have something that could tell you.
