  2. My personal favorite is:

    http:.//www.intocombat.com

But there is a ton of stuff out there.

    http://www.subfighter.com

    http://www.bullshido.net/forums/forumdis...

    http://www.bodybuilder.com

Honestly there are a ton of programs out there, the best place is checking MMA forums, and seeing what kind of things they can direct you to.

    http://www.mma.tv

    http://www.sherdog.com

    http://www.mmajunkie.com

    etc.etc.etc.

Any Olympic Style Circuit routine designed for athletics is going to be good for MMA. A good coach can help you out with this as well. The thing to keep in mind is that you are lifting for explosive power, and fast twitch muscle. Your lifts are going to be controlled, but quick. The idea is to superset exercises so that you move from one to another with little to no break. (Mostly no break aside from changing machines/positions). Olympic style lifts are generally explosive strength lifts, which is what you are looking for.

The benefits of circuit routines is that they work cardio and endurance along with strength.

Good luck there are a ton of resources out there.

  3. My favorite website where you can reference just about anything with many links for references is www.about.com.  If you just go to the website and click on sports and recreation you can then click on martial arts and find just about anything you would ever want to know about martial arts.

  4. kimboslice.org
