If I were you, make a list of your preferences-- location of the school, public/private schools, in-state/ out of state tuition, big/small school, how good a school is, if you want to a specific field like engineering.. etc

After you have a list, you can search online for a list of schools in a certain state, then cross them out as you go

You can also ask classmates to see where they are applying to also.

there's no website - it's a decision you have to research and make on your own.

I'll suggest US News and World Report, best colleges in america article (go to their site and search it) if you know what major you want to get into. If you're unsure of your major, don't waste money while you find your way and go to a local community college. you'll save a lot of cash, and i had no issue at all transferring ALL of my credits to a different state major university into an accredited mechanical engineering program. Plus, i only had $25k of debt coming out of school instead of the 40-50k most of my friends had. good luck!
