Is there any websites that when you order something you pay when its delivered to you.?

Most sites don't charge your credit card until the order is shipped.  You would have to be set up with an invoicing situation if you didn't want to pay until after you recieved a product.  That requires a credit set-up usually and is more reserved for sales to businesses that may make multiple or large orders.

Not many places sell COD (cost on Delivery) anymore, but check out the sites you are interested in and see if they offer it, good luck, because it won't be an easy search/
