Box's link is for theme park auditions.  Galaxy's link will get you to Alan's site where he's posted his knowledge of show and casting director info so you can send in your headshot and resume in the hopes that they might call you in for an audition.  He has a lot of knowledge in thyis and I think it's great that he shares this.  I would not however pay for it because it is availble to the public for free if you know where to look.  For the major shows, it's not likely that they will call you in.  They will still want kids with real experience on their resumes.  There are reality based shows and gameshow type things that you may have a shot at but that's just my speculation.  It couldn't hurt to send in your H&R but make sure you do it right.  Label your envelope so they know what the heck you're submitting for or it will go straight into the trash.  Also, if you don't live where they're casting then don't bother unless you can actually fly in on a moment's notice.
