  1. One place I heard (never been there) is Texas City, near the d**e. Flat water sailing.


  2. I have been going every year for the past 10 years, and have never seen it in Galveston. IF there is any windsurfing there, it would most likely be on the bay side of the island. Try galveston.com. If it's on the island, you can find out there.  I hope this helps.
