No, you don't have a winning notification from Yahoo. You have a piece of spam mail, which you have now opened and therefore notified the spammers that there really is an address with a live person there with your ID.

Yahoo does not conduct lotteries or give away money.

This is just as true as when you get the letter in the mail congratulating you for winning 400 million dollars from the publishers clearinghouse.  This is clearly spam mail and should be dealt with accordingly.
