Is there anybody else out there that makes pancakes that ?

you have to use a steak knife to cut them.

I wonder if Nike would be interested in these ?

You need a new recipe.  You should be able to cut them with your fork.

i don't, but if you don't. mix them until the batter comes together and no more you might be overbeating them. it's alright to have a couple lumps. i also let my batter sit for 5 min before i put them to the pan

Well, I'm a pretty good cook (or so I've been told...hmm, sure hope they're telling the truth!  lol) and my pancakes are light and fluffy.  But, hey, if Nike's not interested in your "special" pancakes then maybe the National Hockey League might be.  I hear they can always use a few more hockey pucks.  ; )

Aunt jemimahs frozen pancakes are not bad, and the directions are simple. place in toaster, remove before turning to charcoal, and eat. Life is too short to start from scratch.  ÃƒÂƒÃ‚«Ã‚¿~

Oh my Goodness , have you been cooking again.?  Just go to Ihops, you are so funny. . but I loved the one about using your fire alarm as a timer. that one was a real winner.
