Is there anybody here comes in the US with a K1 visa?How long does it takes before you receive your greencard?

lots of people have already come into this country with a k1 visa. as soon as you get here, you are to required to get married within 3 months of arriving. once you're married, you can then apply for an adjustment of status. if you're approved, you can then receive your green card... albeit with a conditional status. the conditional status will be removed when you have been married for 2 years to the same US citizen that got you into this country.

i'm not sure how long the processing for the adjustment of status is... but once you applied for it, you're allowed to stay in this country... until they deny you, that is. you can apply for a work authorization card if you want to work while waiting for your green card.
