Is there anybody out there who has psychic abilities?

I have semi psychic abilities.  I have had dreams that have come true.  I have also had more than a few experiences when I was about to go on a green light or take a step or pick something up and suddenly stopped, not knowing why and then a car raced through a red light or there was a snake in my path or something came crashing down.
