Nope but I live there and I know that ballymon and finglas are s*** holes (not sure bout blanch) and that most people there are criminals or have criminal connections

I think you might mean ballymun.If you are in Ireland look up electoral register & then you might have luck .He migth be x decrectoiry if he has a phone.Good luck .
