Is there anybody there who knows a certain Ronald Lance Beitel in USAID medical mission in the Philippines?

Ronald Lance Beitel is from Rohnert Park, California working here in the Philippines with the USAID medical mission. Ijust wanna know if this person is really true and real. They leave Philippines last April 27, 2008. They have visited so many places here in the Phil. including Roxas City, Balen, Quezon, Palawan and the last one is Baguio City.
