I opened a complaint with BT on 30/08/07 to which they have still not replied,on 30/08/07 they promised mea refund of £144.68 for lying to me,inconvenience,promising to call me back and never doing regarding a complaint etc etc I emailed them on 28/10 they replied with a reference number when I phoned them about it they said that reference no brought up no info and they said theyd left a message on my answerphone in november...thats funny seeing as though I dont have an answerphone!!

I FIND IT HIGHLY IRONIC THAT AS A COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD TO COMMUNICATE WITH.

when you get past all the automated S**t theres someforeigner you cant understand at the other end OR some degenerate peice of S**t that dont know what day of the week it is

Dial 100. Say you're fed up of talking to a machine and get them to patch you through to an actaul person, it worked for me.

I dont understand what number you are all dialling. Every time I have phoned BT for any reason I have got a person who has been helpful. Call the number on your bill and you soon speak to someone.

Yes there are some very stupid humans at bt when they actually answer the phone. you will probably speak to quite a few as they tend to pass you from pillar to post. grrrrrr I hate bt. but they no longer get anything from me now that talk talk have made it so that you can get the line with them,

Eaisest way to talk to anyone at any company is to choose the option for paying a bill - they will always talk to you if they think your going to give them money.

If you do manage to get through all the recorded messages and actually get to speak to a real, live human being, the first thing they will ask you is your age. You might be phoning up to report a fault and they want to know your age. Dumb or what?
