Is there anyone knows about the primary schools in Australia?

I am moving to Sydney with my family, I want to know the information of the primary schools in Sydney in details for my daugther aged 10, For example, which primary school is the famous school in sydney? Your answer will be greatly appreciated.

Religious run schools are pretty good anywhere, but also the State (Government) schools are very good also. With both it all depends on the area you choose to live in. If the area you live in is bad, the students and therefore the school will tend to be not as good, parent involvement is very important in how good or bad a school will be. As for famous or private schools these tend to only come onto play when your child enters Yr7. About 13 yrs.

Public education is 'almost' free in Australia. There are private schools which give a preference to christians.

Then ofcourse there are selective schools for which there is an entrance exam.
