Take a train from Schweinfurt to Würzburg and change to a train to Frankfurt or Stuttgart. From there take a train to Paris. You'll arrive at the Paris Est station. From Paris Est you go to the Paris Chatelet/Les Halles RER/Metro station and catch the RER to Marne la Vallée-Chessy. Eurodisney is right there.
