currently, there's a congressman running in florida, and he thinks his winning campaign point will be to raise the driving age to 25.

So, curious, are there any locations where there is actually a consideration to raise the driving age to 25?

  1. nope and technically even though he can't he can still want to. I want to change it to 19 but I can't. There is a difference.

  2. he wont last long , but florida is a retirement location for elderly people , he is trying to get their votes, this guy doesn't realize he sealed his fate politically by wasting the taxpayers t&m

  3. He must have a very old constituency.   But since the driving age is a state matter and there are also federal rules (if you want federal highway money) it is unlikely that any such proposal could ever become law.  Sometimes congressmen propose crazy stuff just to make the locals think he listens to them.
