  1. Yep... we certainly do. Making almost $16k now (per month) from home. It can be done.

  2. The work from home jobs that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).

Time & effort required - but do your own research on what is best for you, don't take the advice of myself and others as gospel from this type of public website.

I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their "in-house" folks doing other things rather than busy work.

  3. Hi there,

I’ve been a member of a site called Treasure Trooper for a while, and it’s great. You get paid to complete offers and surveys, and you can also receive a certain amount of cash back from online stores when you buy from them through a link from Treasure Trooper. There are monthly Treasure Hunts, and there are always lots of competitions on the forums and on the main site. You can get paid via PayPal, or through a cheque, and the best part of all of this is that it’s totally FREE.

For more information check out my Squidoo page about Treasure Trooper:

  4. "If a company requires initial payment from you in order to work for them, they are not legitimate."

There are a few legitimate data entry companies but are not hiring and have large waiting lists (1-2yrs). The majority of data entry jobs you seen online are scams. A real company will want you to have skills inc fast typing, may want you to know MS Excel, and will usually ask that you have high speed internet. Once in a long while you may found one online on a job website but thats rare.

If you do an advanced search on yahoo, you will find previous answers, sometimes the info on these is good as the info they gave is likely to have been verified if the answer was voted as 'Best'.

  5. I do. I actually do a couple of things because I do not think it is wise to put all of your eggs in once basket so to speak.

I started Blogging and that pretty much covers all my ad costs to build my main company.

You just have to look at how long a company has been in business...look for people who are actually making money doing it and if you decide that you want to join a company sign up under one of those people.

Make sure they have a product that is easy to market and something that you can get behind.

Like me personally, I only promote organic, natural and "green" products because that is something that is important to me.

There are MANY ways you can make money online, but steer clear of all the people saying that you can make $10,000 in a month because speaking from experience, it takes work and time. Now I have seen people get to that amount in 3-6 months, but it is not common.

Be ready to commit at LEAST a year of your time to get to that amount. The cool thing is though is that beats the 40 year plan that you would have to follow if you choose to just work a regular "job".

I have been marketing online for the past 10 years. I have worked full time from home for about 4.5 years now. When I say full time I mean that I have replaced the income that I was making per year and all using the Internet to market so yes you can actually make money to answer your question!

I hope this helps and I encourage you to just be cautious and educate yourself BEFORE you ever give anyone any money.

I know that it does take money to make money, but you do not want to just throw away money if you do not have to, so investigate. Look up the CEO's on Google and look at their past experiences...look at the compensation plan...look at how long they have been in business...and look at their total monthly sales.

These are all important when you are looking to partner with a company.

OK I am done LOL Hope this helps!

  6. I work at home, online, and make money... but it's a full time salary position at a software company. Medical transcription is a good work-at-home field as well.

The surveys and pyramid stuff? Put it ALL in the junk box.
