Is there anyone out there that has acutally won Lotto or money from a scratchie??

I am talking large amounts, and what the circumstances where around it, where you draw to buy the ticket at the time, or just thought you would try your luck. Or did you buy the ticket saying i am going to win and won? I want to know your stories!!!

The most I've won was $25, but I was standing right next to a man once when he scratched $5000 - he hugged me and everyone within reach!

Yes, I've won a few hundred a couple of times. It's pretty random though. I know someone who won 30k on a scratchcard, so the larger amounts are possible.
