who have done home study on their PC and what do you think of it? is it better and how?

I'm going to try virtual education this year. Basicaly, I'm going to an online school. This is my first year, so I'm not quite sure how it all works. However, I do know that I am allowed to choose my own hours of study just lke regular homeschool, and that the work is alot more independent study. Your parents can be involved as little or as much as they want. It's definitely a growing trend. If you have any specific questions, you can email me. After school starts (Sept. 7) I will be able to tell you a little more about it, so feel free to email me.
