Is there anyone selling cheap homes in Detroit area? I'm looking for a house under $10,000 that I can fix up and move into so I no longer have to pay rent. I know about HUD but is there any other companies or private owners? (legitimate sales only)

look up foreclosed homes! there are so many nice ones, in redford livonia and detroit, dearborn also has a lot of nice ones, look on century 21.
