Is there anyone that can prove renovation cover up with testing and report?

There are termites, mould growing through fresh painted walls new carpeting. Also with ripping down one wall found that at least one of the support beams need to be replaced- years of termite damage

If there were any cover ups, it'll deffinitely show in the interior of the drywalling. You'll see that the "patches" aren't the same drywall sheets, and the taping won't be constant with the rest of the wall. If you're not sure, have someone who know's what they're doing in drywalling and be careful demolishing.

photograph everything involved, have any contracts handy.  Call a certified house inspector who can document the condition and write a court-acceptable evaluation.
