Is there anyone that knows anything about LNI in wa state?

I have been on LNI for one year, still working but on light duty, the doctors are telling me really there is nothing they can do for me and I have to live with the pain. I totaled my 18 wheeler on the freeway in seattle and have pain on the left side of my body. I am concerned I will lose my CDL because of my injury and will end up losing in the end.

  1. Why would you lose your CDL??  As long as U maintain your lic.retest as required and meet the medical requirements,which are few. L&I will not "black list" you

    Labor and Industries will make a settlement with you for your injury.

    They will evaluate the percentage that you are disabled from you injury.

    They will pay you off.  You can do whatever work you are able to do.  Even drive if you learn  pain management.
