If you're really only 13 yourself, you should try making friends with people you can actually see instead of people who could very well be 50 and attracted to kids.

whoa be careful here, anyone can prentend to be a 13 year old here, i would suggest u make real life friends by going outside and looking for kids to hang out with. or if ur actually a older person who just trying to find kids or something, LEAVE THEM ALONE.

I would suggest going to summer camp this year. You will meet lots of new people and probably a friend.
