  1. try craigslist

  2. There is a new site I've been looking at and really like. neoloch.com

It was recently set up by a long time ebayer who became fed up with all of the changes. I like the positive attitude of people and they are very helpful. Also, there are no listing fees, only fees if you sell something. And, those fees are very reasonable.

Remember, it is a new site, so the traffic is not the same as ebay. But, it seems to be drawing attention each day and the current sellers are getting former ebay customers to come over to it.

    Check it out!

  3. I've had a lot of success selling various items on Amazon.com and so far no bad experiences.

  4. if u hav books that u would like to sell, u can sell them through Amazon.com

i sold all my book through them last semester. it's pretty easy to use too. all u hav to do is go to amazon.com, put a price tag on ur book nd wait for people to buy it.

    good luck

  5. There are always private forums you can use at your own peril.  I sold TONS of video games on cheapassgamers.com, for example, which is a good site because they have a built-in ratings system for buyers and sellers, and it's also good because you can list all your stuff and people can just send you messages about items they want instead of bidding or buying several items all separately.  Makes shipping easier (and cheaper for them), too.

Just Google some stuff, look for forums like that, and use your own good judgment...if it looks reputable, give it a shot with items of lesser value first, just to get your feet wet.
