  1. Well, there are a few natural products that can help with water balance in your body (including fluids that won't drain like that). A few of the major ones are Yellow Sweet Clover, Buchu, Parsley, Uva Ursi, and Juniper berry. Good luck!


  2. I take Dandelion tincture. I put one dropper full into a little water & drink that dose twice a day. Just be careful as it contains caffeine & wont let you sleep if you take it at night. That helps with water retention which is usually what makes my feet swell. You also need to stay away from too much salt as well as white flour & junk food. You can buy the tincture at HEB in the vitamin and herb isle or at any health food store. Hope that helps.
